Remark: Only the referred, accepted, and registered papers shall be submitted for publication in the Scopus indexed outlets.  The extended versions of selected papers will be recommended for publications as a special issue in reputable journal outlets that are indexed and abstracted in Scopus/ISI. The authors bear charges and related costs for these.
