Paper Submission/Deadline

*Pre-submission

Please, note the following to ease the submission process:

(i) Your initial submission(s) can be in Ms-word and/pdf format, but the final paper must be written and formatted using a specified Template and submitted both in Ms-word and pdf formats. Check links for template, otherwise, it will be supplied during the process.

(ii) Note that only original and previously unpublished research work that falls within the conference scope\topics shall be considered for submission. We encourage the submission of full PAPER to be between 4 to 11 pages.

(iii) For similarity check, the percentage (%) is between 0-20, including references. This should be done using major similarity/plagiarism checkers such as Turnitin, Grammarly, and so on.

*Submission Process and deadline

For ICoRTAR 2022 , the proposed START date for full paper (manuscript)  submissions  is will be announced SOON.  More details on this will be given before the said date.

Notification of Acceptance :
Corresponding authors will be notified as regards the status of their papers within two weeks of submission.

*Camera-Ready Paper & Registration Deadline : November 04, 2022

  • No-Show Policy:     For inclusion in the proceedings as regards OUR publication policy, the accepted and registered paper(s) must be presented via the specified platforms. If circumstances unknown at the time of submission prevent an author from presenting a paper, the technical program chair should be notified as soon as possible, and suitable substitution arrangements will be made.
